avVaa completed the purchase of its new 4200 sq. ft., one level modern office building in late 2005 and all current personnel are now working from the facility which is located within one hour's drive of Nature Formulae, avVaa's Canadian contract manufacturer, Century Packaging, avVaa's bottle manufacturer, TecPac, the Company's display and box manufacturer and several label manufacturers. The office complex is also in close proximity to the Kelowna International Airport and major highway systems.
Included in the purchase was state-of-the-art fiber optics wiring for Internet and satellite communications systems, all office furnishings and one acre of fully landscaped land.
The Company's new, state-of-the-art facility includes eight offices, three work stations, a reception area, board room, kitchen with lounge and an open area capable of handling up to 16 additional workstations.
avVaa World Health Care Products, Inc. will commence a 25-year, low interest mortgage on the properties on October 1, 2006. |
